On Quality & Sourcing
Every product we stock comes with a Certificate of Analysis from the manufacturer. We're upfront about this, independent batch-by-batch testing in Australia is prohibitively expensive and logistically difficult, and any vendor claiming otherwise deserves some healthy scepticism.
What we do instead is source carefully, stick to suppliers with verifiable COA documentation, and refuse to stock anything we wouldn't stand behind. We think that's more honest than a marketing claim.
