Crypto Payments

Payments are processed via BTCPay Server, a self-hosted, open-source payment processor. We do not see or store your wallet address. Transaction IDs are stored only for order reconciliation purposes.

Data Retention

Order records are retained only as long as necessary for fulfilment, dispute resolution, and any applicable obligations, then anonymised or deleted.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of personal information you've provided by contacting us at support@retalabs.is, subject to any retention obligations.

Cookies

We use localStorage to store your cart and an anonymous session ID for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
