GHK-Cu 50mg
GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper) is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper(II) complex first isolated from human plasma in 1973, making it one of the longest-studied copper-binding peptides in research. Plasma GHK-Cu levels decline with age — from approximately 200 ng/mL at 20 to under 80 ng/mL by 60 — paralleling the drop in dermal repair capacity. Research has shown GHK-Cu influences expression of over 4,000 human genes, stimulates collagen I, III and elastin synthesis, activates matrix metalloproteinases for extracellular matrix remodelling, supports angiogenesis through VEGF and FGF upregulation, and suppresses pro-inflammatory TNF-α signalling. Each 50mg vial is supplied for laboratory investigation of dermal biology, copper-dependent peptide signalling, and follicle-research applications. CAS 49557-75-7. For research use only — not for human consumption.
