1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from RetaLABS (retalabs.is), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by RetaLABS are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research. By purchasing, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only
  • You will not use the products for human or animal consumption
  • You have the legal right to purchase these compounds in your jurisdiction

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency only (BTC, LTC, XMR). Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if we have reason to believe the products will be misused.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the requirements of the cold chain, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photographic evidence and we will assess your claim.

5. Product Quality

We warrant that our products are manufactured to the purity specifications stated on each product page at the time of dispatch. Purity is verified by HPLC and/or Mass Spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RetaLABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
