1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from RetaLABS (retalabs.is), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by RetaLABS are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research. By purchasing, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only
• You will not use the products for human or animal consumption
• You have the legal right to purchase these compounds in your jurisdiction

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency only (BTC, LTC, XMR). Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if we have reason to believe the products will be misused.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the requirements of the cold chain, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at support@retalabs.is with photographic evidence and we will assess your claim.

5. Product Quality

Products are sourced from manufacturers who specify minimum purity per batch and supply Certificates of Analysis using HPLC purity testing (and mass spectrometry where provided). COAs are available on request.

6. Site Content

Information on this site — including product descriptions, FAQs, mechanism summaries, and research references — is provided for educational and research-context purposes. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific research application. Researchers are responsible for verifying all information against primary sources before designing protocols.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RetaLABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

8. Indemnity and Release

By purchasing from RetaLABS, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RetaLABS and its operators from any and all claims, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising directly or indirectly from: (a) any use, misuse, or onward distribution of the products by you or any third party who comes into possession of the products through you; (b) any injury, illness, or property damage suffered by you, an associate, or any other person as a result of use outside the stated research-only purpose; or (c) any breach of these terms or of the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. This indemnity applies whether or not you remain in possession of the products at the time the claim arises.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
