Why we cannot accept returns

Research-grade peptides are biological compounds that require strict cold-chain handling and controlled storage conditions. Once dispatched, we cannot verify that a returned product has been stored correctly, and accepting returns would compromise product integrity and the safety of future research use. For this reason, all sales are considered final at the time of dispatch.

Exceptions

We will resolve the following issues at no cost to you:

• Item arrived visibly damaged or broken in transit
• Incorrect item sent (different product or dosage than ordered)
• Order was lost in transit and not delivered

If your order falls into one of these categories, contact us at support@retalabs.is with your order reference and photos where applicable, within these timeframes:

• Damaged or incorrect item, within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any issue promptly.
• Lost in transit, within 14 days of dispatch, if tracking shows your order was not delivered.

Crypto payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, or XMR). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. In the rare event that a resolution is warranted under the exceptions above, we will issue a store credit or replacement order rather than a crypto refund, as we are unable to reverse blockchain transactions.
