How it works
Get 1 point per A$1 on every paid order (1% back), and more once you reach a higher tier.
Points become available to spend once your order is delivered.
From 500 points you get a single-use discount code. 100 points = A$1 off.
Membership tiers
Your tier is set by your lifetime order spend and earns you more points per dollar. It is worked out automatically and never goes down.
At Platinum you earn 3 points per A$1 spent, worth 3% back on every order.
Redeeming points
Turn banked points into a one-time discount code, then paste it in the discount field at checkout like any other code.
- • One active reward code at a time. Use it before redeeming another.
- • Reward codes are valid for 90 days, with a small minimum order (a A$5 code needs an order of A$15 or more).
- • If a code expires unused, the points are automatically credited back.
Good to know
- Points are earned on paid orders (ex-shipping). Reships and replacements do not earn.
- Signing in uses just your email, with a one-time link. No password to remember.
