Domestic Shipping (Australia)

RetaLABS ships Australia-wide. We currently do not ship internationally.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the outside.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at /track.

Payment & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received and confirmed. Cryptocurrency transactions typically confirm within 30–60 minutes. Orders paid with bank transfer are dispatched after funds clear (usually 1 business day).

Cold Chain

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit. All products are shipped in their lyophilised form. Upon receipt, store as directed on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate.
